Rolls Lane, Holyport – Construction of 2 New Build 4 Bedroom Detached Houses in Berkshire

The project was started in November 2018: the site has been cleared and graded, the foundations are in and the brickwork is underway.

North Court, Finchampstead – Strip Out and Remodelling of a Luxury Penthouse Apartment

The works are being completed in conjunction with Westbourne Design. Courtyard’s responsibilities include the pre-construction and construction phase Project Management, plus completing the strip out, structural alterations and remodelling works. Strip out works include the careful removal and disposal of all existing fitted furniture, bathroom sanitary ware, kitchen units/appliances and wall/floor finishes. The remodelling of the apartment layout involves structural changes for redesigning the kitchen layout, a new utility room and study, the master en-suite and bathroom/WC. Full new internal fit out and finishes will be completed throughout to a high specification level. Since this is a project that involves shared access with other residents in communal areas, care is being taken to remove materials and unload/distribute materials by crane to minimise the use of communal areas and impacts on other building users. In addition, protection materials are used to ensure no damage to communal areas due to use for pedestrian access.
